Providing additional support to the Mauritius Shopping Fiesta - the first ever national shopping event in Mauritius - being held from 29 June to 05 August, Air Mauritius today announced that it will provide additional free baggage allowance for departures from Mauritius from 1st July to the 8th of August:

(1) TRAVEL TO EUROPEAN ROUTES
Economy class – ONE extra piece of 23 kgs over and above entitlement as per ticket
 Business class - ONE extra piece of 23 kgs over and above entitlement as per ticket

(2) TRAVEL TO NON- EUROPEAN ROUTES (except Rodrigues)
Economy class - Total baggage allowance of 40 kgs
Business class - Total baggage allowance of 50 kgs
